About New Jersey Whiz Skiers

We are a hundred or so skiers that own a lodge at the foot of the Mad River Glen Ski area. We are all ages, singles, couples and families and we come from all walks of life, but we all have one thing in common ... a love for skiing Mad River Glen !

Our Lodge

The lodge is a five minute walk to the Mad River lifts. Coming back home, you can ski right to the front door from Lower Antelope. Those who wish to slide on Sugarbush can drive there in less than ten minutes.

Our Lodge has a beautiful rustic fireplace room as well as a living room, both with lots of seating. A dining area and commercial kitchen round out the communal areas. We have a total of 38 bunks in 8 simple bedrooms (some sleep 6, some 4, one 2). Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

Members may stay at the lodge anytime at very reasonable rates (new lodge rates). On busy winter weekends, we have a chef that cooks delicious breakfasts to order Saturday & Sunday morning, and serves dinner family style on Saturday night. The lodge is available off-season to be your base for many other New England activities such as leaf-peeping, hiking, biking, and hunting.

Get to know us by joining for a season at our special annual rate of only $25. Explore the links below to learn more about our club, lodge and rates. Guests are welcome to come to any of our meetings in Maywood (details) on the first or third Wednesday evening of each month.
