From The President - Anyone looking to volunteer for the nominating committee for this year’s election should contact me at richardb62@hotmail.com. - March 5th meeting: Food will be served.
If you are interested in running for office come to the meeting and announce what position you would like to run for as the Election will take place at the April 16th meeting.
May 7th Meeting: This night will be the installation dinner/buffet like last year. The meeting will start promptly at 7:00 PM. 1 hour earlier than the usual time so the installation of officers can be announced and of course we can all eat. Cost per person will be $15 dollars per person and children under 12 are free. Beverages are not included.
GO FOR THE GREEN AND SAVE SOME GREEN - Onto some other news: St. Patrick’s Day Weekend special rates. The executive committee would like to thank all our members for the support that you have given through the years. We have decided to roll back the rates the weekend of March 14 – 15 A and B members can pay only $37.00 for the 2 day weekend. Guest rates for the weekend will $74.00.
IMPORTANT; Call for you reservations as soon as possible and remember to send a check to Jane (973-696-4320) otherwise your reservation may not be held. BUMPING RULES APPLY!!!!!

MAD RIVER: Current temperature at the base is 34 degrees. The mountain is running all lifts and the current conditions are wet and spring like. The forecast is for cooler temps and some snow. Check out www.madriverglen.com for some great skiing deals. The 3 Day Weekend - Buy a weekend ticket and you can ski Friday or Monday for $1 more. That’s only $105 for 3 days of skiing. Not available during holiday periods. AARP Golden Sundays - AARP Members get $10 off a full day lift ticket every Sunday throughout the season (must present valid AARP membership card) The Legend Ticket - Seniors 70 & over Ski Free 1st five days of skiing and then it’s only $100 for a Legends Season Pass. Co-op Shareholders over the age of 70 Always ski FREE!!! Shareholders Bring a Friend Special - Co-op shareholders can bring a friend to ski any midweek day for only $30! Limit one per shareholder per day. Not valid during holiday periods. Shareholder must be in good standing. Upcoming Deals, Discounts & Events – March 17th, wear green and ski for only $17.
