Exec Committee
FROM THE TREASURER: One of the overwhelming requests over the years from our members was a simpler way to maintain Full Member Status. We changed the constitution a year ago to make more options available to meet a significantly relaxed requirement. In addition to the option of either participating on a committee, attending meetings or attending 2 social events we added the ability to pay a $50 fee instead. As our fiscal year comes to an end and our social events are behind us we have several members who have likely opted to pay the fee. Each member who has not yet met the membership requirements will be emailed a notice that the fee is due. There certainly are some meetings left and committees that are forming to help everyone meet their obligation, but if it is your intention to simply pay the fee, please send it to Joe Faranetta at 154 Dover Chester Road, Randolph NJ before April 30. If you think you have met the requirements and are being contacted in error, please email Joe at jfaranetta@gmail.com.
GET WELL WISHES: We send get well wishes to John Gill who suffered an ACL injury and Brian Convery who tore his meniscus. Our condolences to the Maglione Family, Michael’s brother-in-law passed away recently.

THANK YOU’s: Brian and the executive board would like to thank those members who helped Brian keep the meals running smoothly this winter. As many have learned, it is not an easy job. We cannot thank those members who consistently stepped up enough! We would also like to thank those who spent a lot of time outside shoveling; so we had access to the last of the wood from behind the wood shed and so we could get our skis on both sides of the ski racks!!! Your hard work was greatly appreciated by all.
FACILITIES: If something goes wrong or breaks while you are at the lodge, please fix it if possible, or notify Matt Kenny, Joe Faranetta, Ron Snider or Tom Fox so it can be taken care of as soon as possible. There is a list of contact numbers located by the phone in the kitchen for heat and plumbing, oil etc. The fireplace is more for ambiance than heat. Please do not build huge fires. There have been a few times where water is leaking in through the roof and running down the hood of the fireplace. Please keep the fire at a reasonable size. The fire should not be left unattended and must be completely out before retiring for the evening.
THE LODGE: A reminder to leave the lodge at least in the condition you found it, other members may arrive before the cleaning service. In the summer months, the cleaning service does not come on a weekly basis. Clean your toilets and your sinks, please. Lodge Rules, Opening and Closing procedures are posted on the bulletin board. Most of all, we are a community environment, please be considerate of others. The number at the lodge is 802-496-8894.
LODGE RESERVATIONS: Please be considerate, do not call Jane on your way up to the lodge, this presents a multitude of issues for her and the members who may have already settled in, or it may be full, even in the summer! Remember your reservation is not confirmed until Jane has your payment. For reservations please contact Jane Miles via email @ janemiles@optonline.net or at 973-696-4320. There are reservation forms, which include the rates on our yahoo group. You must send the form with payment to Jane Miles, 53 Hillcrest Drive, Wayne, NJ 07470. Please be considerate, and do not call too late. Thanks!
